Hello! My name is Tucker and I am a 3-year-old, 68 lb neutered male. I am already housetrained and am working on my crate-training. I do well in my crate overnight, but may whine initially if crated during the day. I need to be crated when left home alone as I do have some separation anxiety.

I seek frequent affection from people I am familiar with and whose company I enjoy! I can be wary of new people and take some time to warm up, then I have done well with men, women, and older children. Younger children would likely be too much for me. I love receiving scratches and love from my family and getting to spend quality time with you!

I am great with other dogs and would love to have a confident canine sibling to help show me the ropes in my new home! Also, have you heard the squeaky toys? I think those are awesome! I also enjoy a ball for a game of fetch! I cannot go to a home with cats.

I ride well in the car and walk well on leash, making me a great partner for outings! I have been working on come and leave it, though I would greatly benefit from continued basic training to help me bond with my new family and learn what is expected of me. I am a quiet, lower energy guy who would love to  find my perfect adoptive family—could that be with you?

Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states east of the Mississippi. Visit our Newcomers to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog is available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $350. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
