Hello! My name is Pongo and I am a 5-month-old, 25 lb male. My adoption will be conditional on neutering me once I am 6 months of age. I am already mostly housetrained and am crate-trained. I am still a puppy so I will need to be crated when I am left unsupervised for my own safety.
I am a very loving boy who has done well with men, women, and young children. I seek affection and enjoy being close to my people. I will happily welcome visitors to our home.
I have done well meeting other dogs and would enjoy a playful older sibling to show me the ropes! I like having toys although I haven’t mastered playing fetch yet! I cannot go to a home with cats.
I enjoy car rides and would love a family willing to take me places! I am still learning how to walk on a leash and my basic commands, so a family willing to continue my training would be ideal. I am your typical bouncy, loving, playful puppy who is ready to find the perfect adoptive family—could that be with you?

Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states east of the Mississippi. Visit our Newcomers to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog is available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $300. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
