Hi there! My name is Missy and I am a 2-year-old, 70 lb spayed female. I am already housetrained and am trustworthy when left home alone. I am not a fan of my crate, so crate-training is a work in progress.
I am friendly with men, women, and older children! I am a sweet girl who seeks affection and enjoys spending time with my humans! I love any and all pets!
I have done well with other dogs and would love to have a confident sibling who can help show me the ropes. I like toys and will often carry my toys to my bed to keep in my collection! I mostly enjoy rubber balls for actual play. I love spending time outside, even if it is raining! I cannot go to a home with cats.
I walk well on leash and would be a great walking partner! I am cautious about new places or sudden movements, sometimes barking to express my hesitation, so I would benefit from continued socialization. I am a medium-low energy girl who could be the perfect addition to a quiet, laid back home! Could you be my adoptive family?

Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states east of the Mississippi. Visit our Newcomers to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog is available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $300. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
