Hi, I’m Link and I’m looking for my forever home! I’m about 5 years old,  neutered and housebroken. I’m 45-50 lbs now, but I’m working towards my ideal weight of 60-65.

I love men and women and would do best in a quiet home where someone is home all day.  I have separation anxiety issues and do not like to be away from my people at all—but would probably need to be crated if I were. I’m very affectionate and high energy and might be too much for young children. I get along with other dogs and wouldn’t mind a fur-sibling. I cannot go to a home with cats.

I didn’t know much about being a dog until I came into foster care. I’m food motivated, very eager to please, and am learning manners. I have a doggy door and fenced in yard in my foster home that I like very much. My ideal family would continue my training and consider agility or scent work for me. I love to be the center of attention and have plenty of energy for it!

Can you help this wanna-be-lapdog to learn, trust, and grow? I can’t wait to go home!

Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states east of the Mississippi. Visit our Newcomers to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog is available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $300. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
