Hi there! My name is Frost and I am a 1-year-old, 65 lb neutered male. I am mostly housebroken, although I sometimes still have accidents if I am not let outside quick enough. I have been working on my crate-training as it’s currently not my favorite place to be, so I would do best with someone who is home most of the time and willing to continue working on crating. I can be left alone uncrated in a room as long as anything food-related I could get into has been put away.
I am an outgoing, social boy with all people: men, women, and older children! I can get mouthy when I want attention, so I am usually too much for small children. My foster family has been teaching me there are better ways to ask for attention than jumping or mouthing, and I am improving! I just absolutely love affection such as belly rubs and getting to sit in your lap for snuggles! I will welcome any visitors into our home.
I enjoy the company of other dogs and love to play games of chase in the yard with my foster sisters! I am not aware of my size and have accidentally barreled over the small dog in my foster home so any small dogs will need to be hardy. I like having toys around and I love to go swimming! I have not tested the fence in the yard, though my baby-gate-clearing-skills are top tier. I cannot go to a home with cats.
I walk fairly well on leash and enjoy tagging along for adventures! I am intelligent and catch onto training quickly, such as sit & recall. I would love a family able to continue my training! I am a large, loveable, goofy boy who is ready to move on to my perfect adoptive family—is that you?

Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states east of the Mississippi. Visit our Newcomers to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog is available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $300. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
