Hi! My name is Benzo and I am a 6-month-old, 52 lb neutered male. I am already housetrained and crate-trained. I am still a young puppy so I should be crated when I am left home unsupervised.
I am a social guy who loves people! I will approach right away with a wagging tail and looking to solicit some pets! I love to be near my people and spend quality time together. I am happy to welcome visitors into our home.
I have done well with other dogs and love to play! I am not completely aware of my own size so I may be a bit too much for small dogs. I love toys—especially if they squeak– and am always up for a game of tug! I have also been learning how to fetch! I have a strong prey drive so I cannot go to a home with cats.
I like going along for car rides and would love to find a family willing to continue my training so I can join for family adventures! My leash skills are a work in progress while I learn pulling isn’t the objective most of the time. I have learned how to sit, down, come, and stay on cue. I am an intelligent boy who loves to learn! Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states. Visit www.echodogs.org/available-dogs to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog IS available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $350. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
