Hi there! My name is Ben and I’m a 1-year-old, 55 lb neutered male. I am already housebroken and crate-trained. I am still a puppy, so I will need to be crated when left home alone.
I am shy initially, though I will warm up. I am friendly with men and women. I enjoy the company of children and would love a child of my own! Once I know you, I will actively seek affection and can be quite snuggly! I am ok with visitors coming to our home.
I love other dogs and need to have a confident canine sibling to show me the ropes. I have met other dogs of all sizes and done well; I love to play! I love my toys, too! I cannot go to a home with cats.
I am high energy and would like to find an active forever family! I do well in the car, though my leash skills are still a work in progress. I’d love a family who will continue my training and socialization.
I’m a happy boy who’s ready to find my perfect forever home… could that be with you?

For more information, please contact Adoptions.
Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states east of the Mississippi. Visit our Newcomers to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog is available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $300. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
